XFRee packages have been in up2date (just not latest 4.1 as it has problems
still) and I've seen *some* kde packages but those were just mainly security
type fixes to just a few files, but not the whole kit and kaboodle.

If you want to update just one package try up2date package-name and it will
install/update for you with dependencies.

If your talking about a component type thing as in up2date kde (in other
words all of it) it has been submitted as an enhancement and I believe
somethign to that affect is being worked on.  Just not sure how exactly it
will work.
