I recommended upgrading glibc on RH7.1 to the users of DansGuardian
(dansguardian.org) because there was problems with zombies and slowness in
the dansguardian proxy filter.
Upgrading fixed the slowness but breaks some programs like samba.
The guy did a rpm -Fvh --nodeps on the glibc rpms
Anyone knows a solution or might explain what went wrong?
