You want the pine package (as others have suggested).

Note to Red Hat: maybe consider splitting pine up into multiple packages
(pine, pico, pilot), since not all of us want pine, but having pico around
is handy for giving to users who are used to MS Notepad. ;-)

Second note to Red Hat: Any chance of getting the GNU nano editor
(http://www.nano-editor.org/) included as a "Replaces:" alternative to the
pico package above, for those of us with a licensing bent? ;-) Maybe for
PowerTools, at least?
