Someone else mentioned this: dd. It's not exactly what you are looking
for, but pretty close. You can use 'dd' to image either the entire drive
or selected partitions, boot using the redhat install CD. Hit "Alt-F2" I
believe, pull up a console window, then use mount the new drive and
restore by re-imaging using dd again.
