You can make a "Test" or "Self Signed" cert by going into /etc/httpd/conf and
typing "make genkey" and "make testcert" the only thing with a self signed
cert is a warning is shown when a user gets information on the cert that it
is self signed and may not be trustworthy..
Note: Since I generated one of these for one of my own servers that server
requires a password to start up the httpd service.
