Very simple if you follow the directions in the HOWTO's. Red Hat has one
or two documents about how to switch from sendmail to postfix. Both can
be found via postfix.org's webpage, which has links to the Red Hat
webpage.
I did the switch a week or two ago and other than the virtual domain it is
all very easy.
