Sharing a Windows 2000 folder with Linux - Samba

Hi!

I'm trying hard to figure out how to make a shared partition on Linux of a 
Windows 2000 folder but I can't do this. I've succefully made a share of the 
Linux filesystem on Windows 2000, but can't do the reverse.

Does anyone made this work succefully? Could point what am I missing?
