You need to setup a firewall with NAT/Masquerading so your network can
forward and get out to the internet.  Also you need to turn on ip_forward
ing.

Also after looking at your screenshots, if you don't have name caching or
whatever setup on Linux, you should just use your ISP dns ip's instead of
the linux box.
