I use LightningFax from Interstar http://www.interstarinc.com It works very well once you get it running, but it was sort of a pain to set up and it is not free. It is really designed more to be a fax server, not just a personal fax machine, so if you are looking for something inexpensive and for personal use then this is probably not your solution, but if you are looking for some good Linux fax server software then I would definitely check it out.
Oh, one more thing, they have not yet come out with a version compatible with RH7.1 so you would have to run it with 7.0 and it is also very picky about what kinds of fax boards/modems you use. Hope this helps.
