Hi Mike,

I have tftp-server 0.17-9.  I tried going back to 0.16-5 and also
forward to 0.17-14 but neither worked :-(

But I did find a reported bug that matches what I 've seen:

Well I am thinking of downgrading xinetd to see if it can be fixed.
