I'm trying to convert postscript graphics to pdf format like this: gs -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=filename.pdf filename.ps
but the size of the pdf file is very different from the size of the original ps file. Sometimes it's bigger, sometimes smaller. How do I control this?
