There currently is no updates of XFree86 for RHL 7.1. All Red Hat Linux updates are always released on ftp://updates.redhat.com and also on Red Hat Network. Red Hat Network (up2date) is the preferred way to upgrade, as upgrading X can be a complex matter for the uninitiated due to the various dependancies it incurs.
