get the APACHE::ASP package from cpan and read this
http://www.nodeworks.com/asp/ or http://www.nodeworks.com/asp/install.html

or you can do the following, that will get the whoel lot including
dependancies..

shell prompt> perl -MCPAN -e shell
(Just follow the prompt, then when finished enter the following)

cpan> install Bundle::Apache::ASP

I had problems, so i ended up building each one seperatly, look around .cpan
in your root dir.
