Red Hat Linux 7.x is already set up to do this :
- Edit /etc/mail/virtusertable
- Run "make -C /etc/mail" or go to /etc/mail and run "make"

The small Makefile in /etc/mail takes care of doing the "makemap hash" for
all the sendmail config files that need it... very handy! ;-)
