I'm using cdda2wav, and it works fine once root has loaded the
SCSI-emulation drivers for /dev/scd0. When the kernel modules have
NOT been loaded, an ordinary user gets this error:

cdda2wav: No such device. Cannot open '/dev/pg0'. Cannot open SCSI driver.

I think I could fix this by preloading the modules. But I must
admit, I burn CDs as root (using cdrecord). :)  I think cdrecord
gives a series of warnings/errors when not being run as root. And
I haven't looked into it yet. Maybe it needs to be setuid.
