weve just upgraded several machines here from 7.0 to 7.1, and are interested
in running Ext3 on it,with the help of
Aaron Konstam on the list Ive manged to convert and now successfully get a
test server running ext3.
Basically I have a few simple questions, and any web links people could
passs to me would be great.
1. What Is the speed differance of ext3 compared to ext3?
(as we have several machines, that really need to speed of ext2 filesystem)
2. How stable is ext3 compared to ext2 in production usage?
(yes I know RH would not of included it as default if it wasn't stable
enough)
3. Has anyone had any know problems using ext3 filesystem?
