One of the joys of this new RH7.1 installation, is that I'm 
always getting new error messages, in the form of mail for 
root.  It is an alert that comes when I log in (I don't 
automatically go into a GUI, so I see these messages at the 
prompt).  Anyway, I type "mail", and get a long list of 
these mails.  I would like to know what this one means, I 
get several like this every day:

The thing is, I haven't been USING "telnet"!  any ideas 
what this is about?
