It didn't overwrite old mozilla. How can I overwrite old one?

I downloaded the mozilla *.tar.gz file to /programs directory, the gunzip and tar it.
then I used command 'cd mozilla' dir then use ./installer......
to installer it.

It ran and installed the mozilla0.9.7. but I doesn't know how to link mozilla command
to invoke 0.9.7 version.

Thanks,
