Hani,

1.  "Access denied" means the machine you are
trying to access doesn't have the permissions
set to allow access.  Do you have the machine
trying to 'rcp' in the .rhosts or hosts.allow file
of the target machine?
2.  Not allowing rlogin as 'root' is a security feature.
3.  Don't know what you mean by browsing the network.
