Juma, I case you had not heard of it, and if you own a PIII or P4 with a lot of memory or can afford to pay $35 bucks to double your memory, you can use VMWare workstation from http://www.vmware.com to run Linux and Windows simultaneously (not dual boot which becomes a pain). I do this myself and am most happy with it. There are personal use and edu prices available. I would hardly dream of dual boot anymore.... VMWare makes your PC like two PC's and you run VMWare client on Linux, and in it you install Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP and run Windows - it thinks it's on its own PC, network and all. If you have enough disk space you don't even need to reparition. VMWare supports as an option a virtual disk setup so it uses the Linux file system. BTW I have run Red Hat 7.1, upgraded to 7.2, and now 7.3 and all went really well....I recommend the upgr. Download the ISO images for free. Peter
