hi, need your help for resolving this big problem. Have tried now a lot of possibilities to solve or discover the reason, why a copy-process of larger files then a half MB ends with "input-output-error"
Are there some utilities available, how I can find out a reason for this weird behavior ? the fact : copying the kernel-rpm from my internet-box (it has of about 10 MB) to my workstation stops after betwenn 400 KB and 800 KB with "input-output-error" trying to copy a textfile larger than 1 MB ends also in input-output-error.
