saludos alexis! monta el floppy en la otra pc, modifica el lilo.conf que esta en el floppy, haces un chroot hacia el floppy y ejecutas el comado lilo nuevamente, pero esta vez sobrescribe el lilo hacia el floppy. las instrucciones para el chroot y demas las puedes sacar del lilo- rescue-howto. espero te ayude.
