updateme reported some kernel patches available for my 7.1 server. They failed to install. It required some individual packages. Two of them, "filesystem" and "setup" are confusing to me as far as how I am supposed to install them. I looked at rpmfinder and downloaded these. They are directories and files, but it does not say how to install them. The "setup" directory has a setup.spec file. How do you set these things up? Am I going down the wrong road anyway as far as trying to get the kernel patches to install?
