NVidia GeForce4 Compatibility

Does anyone know if you are able to run Redhat Linux 7.1 with a 64MB Geforce4?  I'm guessing not since its not on the compatibility lists I can't.  If anyone has figured out a way I'd appreciate some help.  Thanks.   David
