See /etc/sysconfig/network, /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg*.
Other routing information can be put into /etc/sysconfig/static-routes,
which can have lines like
eth0 net 123.456.654.321 netmask 255.255.255.248 gw 123.456.654.322
