Install XFree86-SVGA.

`rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/XFree86-SVGA*`

Then you should be able to startx. You can also run Xconfigurator with the --preferxf4 option to use XFree86-4 (then you don't need XFree86-SVGA).

`Xconfigurator --preferxf4`
