I have tried several times to sign up on the Psyche list -- once I
found it. In each case, nothing happened. I never got the confirming
email.

Since then, I have filed two queries on the web based contact form
(http://www.redhat.com/apps/response/web_contact.html). Again, I have
gotten no response.

I just called their toll-free number, and am listening to broken sales
pitches while on "ignore". (By "broken" i mean one sales pitch will
interrupt another. If I weren't skilled at ignoring them, I'd find it
annoying.) They're also telling me that 1) "an agent will be with me
shortly" and 2) "we value your business."

If this is Red Hat's idea of customer service, I'm going to start
looking at other distributions for my own use and for the classes I
teach at two local colleges.
