Lo all, It now seems that the system that Aj set up on klecker is working ok, so I'd like to propose we move the testing-security archive over to http://security.debian.org/debian-security/dists/testing
Having a look at the current archive, all packages in there have been superseeded by ones in testing-proper anyway, so it's simply getting people to change their apt sources.list.
