It depends on:

a POSIX shell (probably there are still several bashisms to be fixed)
mktemp, wget, tail
perl, awk
rm, cp, date
jgraph
convert (from ImageMagick)


Do not hesitate to ask, should you need more updated data to fill in the
gap between now and the day when you begin to run it regularly.
