For outlook i did the following.

tools -> message rules -> mail
click new

in the first section check "Where the to line contains People" and "Where
the CC line contains people"

then in the second section check "Move to folder"

in the third section click on the first underlined blue word and add in the
following    [EMAIL PROTECTED]

then click ok

click on the second underlined blue word and add the following
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

click ok

then click the third underlined blue word and  then highlight inbox and
click newfolder and name it what you will then click ok

in the forth section name the rule what ever you want then click ok it
shouls work.
