Sorry. Forgot to mention that important piece
o information:
I'm running SSH-1.99-2.3.0/FreeBSD 4.2
I've tried to disconnect TCP keep alives on
both the client and server but that didn't seem
to make any difference. And if understand it
correctly It would take 2 hours before the
TCP_keep_alive feature kicks in, but I've
seen connections die out on an hour or so of
idle time.
I know that there are other folks with the
same problem but It still looks like a mystery...
