xhost doesn't affect anything. Don't use it at all.
The second line of the debug message tells you everything. X forwarding
is disabled in the server configuration file of the server you are
connecting to.
If you don't control that server, there is nothing (short of asking the
admin of that system why/if...) you can do about it.
