Here is what I have tried:

gcc2.9.5 and libgcc3.0
gcc3.0.1 and libgcc3.0

I cannot find a libgcc under 3.0. Does anyone know where to get the
solaris source?

I am not sure I want to compile anything; I try leaving off compiling
tools for security.
