Yes, but notice that the failing user CAN ssh directly into SystemC, which would suggest that permissions, etc, are all valid. It is only when they ssh to SystemB and then to SystemC that the problem occurs. Also, if the permissions were incorrect, I'd expect the logfiles to show that.
