We are running OpenSSH 3.7.1 and OpenSSL 0.9.7b under Tru64. We are preparing for the 2007 changes to Daylight Savings Time start and end dates, and would like to know if these two versions are compliant with those changes, or if they rely on the operating system for their timezone information.
