Hi Sankar... have you tried putting single or double quotes around the
windows command?

  ssh -i /mrs/home/mrsop/.ssh/zmis_rsa -v [EMAIL PROTECTED] "cmd /C rename
  C:/ssh/first.txt second.txt"

Also, what package are you using to run sshd on a windows box?
