.ssh/config equivalent of -q ?

Hi.
    I'm using OpenSSH 3.9p1-9 (RHEL4u5).  Is there a ssh_config /  
.ssh/config option to turn on quiet mode (-q)?  I'm trying to suppress  
the banner output from a specific server, but can't pass flags to the  
command-line.
