Has anyone run into or discovered issues relating to the use of this remote
access service?

Several people in my organization want to use it, but I have concerns that
even though the vendor says it's safe, I am not entirely satisfied. I base
this on what I have read from Bruce Schneier, that basically cryptography
fails in it's implementation. Poor implementation = poor security. How can
I be assured that Go To My PC has properly implemented their cryptography?
As far as I know, they haven't had a 3rd party, cryptography expert, look at
their systems, and I would only trust the opinion of such a person.

What security concerns should I have about this?
