Yes, the firewall only blocks out that specific address. there is however a program called safeweb which is a proxy avoidance system. clients are installed around the net and your user will use one of their ip address to connect. We have blocked http e-mail and require our users to forward their mail thru their coporate account. We also have websense and it will block out external e-mail sites. you can not stop everyone, so i check the logs and if we find someone using a proxy avoidance service they are warned once, after that is goes to hr. We are not concerned about what they see, but for the virus's that are out there
