IMesh is a Napster Clone Software company that is used to distribute mp3,
video, text, or any other files across the Internet. Imesh uses port 5000
to transmit on after an initial port 80 connection. www.imesh.com for more
info. I am sure that numerous other application run over port 5000 but this
is one that is used commonly with real media and windows media files.

TCP/5000 & UPD/1900 seem to be opened by default (listen) in Microsoft
Windows Millennium Edition,
Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, & Windows XP 64-Bit
Edition and are used for Universal Plug
and Play (and possibly ICS on WinME).
