But rather than pay money for it (and likely have to keep paying), there are probably a lot of people that have some spare bandwidth (that they're already paying for, just not using), and could provide a mirror. All he would need to do would be to provide a master copy, and let the mirrors disseminate the information. I'll email him with the suggestion, if anyone else has some bandwidth that they could spare as well, write and let them know.
