Martin,

Your choices are many but not complicated.
By now you're getting all sorts of responses, I am only going to offer you
this advice because I know I can help.
The first thing is you want two systems at each point of entry, depending on
the size of your serverpark you'll need to discover the correct number of
access points, I can pin point this quickly for you "no-charge". The
systems are better when the hardware appliances are from different
manufactures, needless to say.
The second thing to consider is service agreements and the evaluation of
managed services vs. your time and effort, cost, etc... I have a tool to
determine this specifically but you can assume what works for you, it just
important to remember that you need to work "within" your capabilities or
you'll be outsourcing "a lot" and that can get costly/time consuming.
Lastly, as an "authorized" agent/reseller of ISS, Check Point, Cisco,
SonicWall, various software applications, and much more... I can give you
specifics few can, while offering the most competitive pricing. Oh, and in
every case... you get direct interface with the manufacturer "support" team
at pre and post sales. We are the VAR businesses prefer to interface with,
I hope we can assist you too. Most of what we offer is absolutely FREE to
you.

Subject: What firewall?

Hi!

I\'m about to buy a firewall, and I wonder if you people could give me some
advices that could help me decide which one that fits me best. See, I\'m
quite new with this.

So, this firewall should protect a quite big serverpark. It has to deal
with a lot of information. It might be necessary to use two devices. If it
is, the information will be divided upon these two with a load balancer. No
special needs for VPN.

I\'ve been thinking about using Watchguard Firewall 2500 or 4500. I know
that 4500 handles VPN though.

Is this a good choice? Is there sites on the net where products are
compared and where you could see the good and the bad of each one?

Thanks / Martin Andersson
