This may sound lame but what if you find one on the web and use babel(fish?) to have the page translated to frecnh? It will obviously not be a perfect translation but it will be a great foundation and if you are fluent in French I am sure you will have no problem cleaning it up. So then the question becomes where to get a security policy in any language.
