There's a product model midway down the page called Century Tap.

Subject: Ethernet Tap

Has anyone seen inexpensive copper ethernet taps in their travels? I am just
looking for a 1 port tap that will support half or full duplex. Needed to
attach a sniffer on a full duplex segment of the LAN.

Thanks,

Justin
