Well.. As the name might imply.. A NULL scan has no flags set.  An Xmas
scan has all the flags set, because if you had hardware that had LEDs
associated with each flag, it would look lit up like an Xmas tree..  And
following the same logic.. A FIN scan only has the FIN flag set.
