I'm not sure of the exploit you're trying, but based on what you've described above, testing it against your loopback is probably not the best test. Try it from another host, using the above box as the target. In the future, please refrain from targeting random Internet hosts. Furthermore, all testing of any exploit should be performed on a private, detached network. Especially if you're not sure what the exploit is supposed to do. You could be releasing the next worm.
