if you call norton...and ask them...they will admit that if you are
getting seriously pounded by a virus...and you are trying to
clean/quartine it....it will overflow the system..and then let them
through.  I found that out the hardway about 6 months ago when we got
attack by a vbs virus and it overflowed the virus server.

That is why today..I have the system set to just delete
VBS,SCR,EXE,PIF,JS...etc...then it doesn't get overloaded....
