is this a security issue?

Dear Group

I have a compaq with windows 98 2nd edition (UK 
version) and every so often it keeps saying that it 
cannot find c:\system.sav\fbi\fbism.exe - does 
anyone know what this is?  It keeps crashing my 
macafee is all I know...
