Before you go formatting your drives you might want to be sure what is
running on that port.  Go to www.foundstone.com and download a program
called Fport.  Fport will map open ports to processes and is a usefull tool
that should answer your question.

two options:
- - you have trend office scan installed (which listens of 12345)
- - you are infected with 'netbus' (bad thing... install a virus scanner, or
better, format and reinstall everything from scratch, including a virus
scanner).
