Proxy Server

Hi there,

I'm looking for a cheep Proxy server for our network.

currently we have an 3COM FW an Windows Proxy 
2.
It seams as if the Win XP clients have problems with 
this poxy server ver.. I' looked at the IAS Server from 
MS but it is to powerful for us.
I just want a system that can take the Win SAM DB 
and import the users to manage who can access the 
web...

Does any one has a reasonable solution to this?
